  I can't even explain how ridiculous my experience was with this Papa John location. I called them to see if they would deliver to my address since for some reason online wouldn't allow me to order deliver. I confirmed with someone at this location that they don't deliver to my address and they reffered me to a West Jordan location. Upon calling the west Jordan location and placing an order over an hour ago, I get a call from the Kearns location advising me that the West Jordan location transferred my order to them and they need my card number to process it.
  They waited over an hour to tell me my order was not actually processed even though I provided my card information and they advised me the food would be delivered within the hour. Mind you, I have 3 very hungry kids that were excited for a pizza night. That is now also bummed their pizza isn't coming. Now, the Kearns location would've still had to prepare the food which probably would be another hour before we received the pizza. The Kearns location did offer to put a credit on my account, but was so disappointed and upset at how they handled this that I don't ever want to order from Papa John's again.

  I love the flavor of Papa Johns. It really is the best tasting. I don't always want to pay the price but once in awhile it is so worth it. This location usually has long waits for delivery so I usually do carry out. I have not been disappointed. Nice friendly staff.
